About Mercury Direct

Established in September 1980, Mercury Direct has grown from small beginnings to become one of the leading holiday specialists to Malta, Gozo, Cyprus and Australia. Now we are able to offer the same quality and choice of holidays to Madeira, the Algarve, Sri Lanka, Mauritius, Bali and other cheap holiday destinations.

Our offices are based in Cranbrook, Kent. Our friendly team of staff are always happy to help. They are well-travelled and have visited many of our hotels and so can provide you with first-hand knowledge of the country and hotel you need information on.

We only sell our own carefully selected holidays, those in which we have confidence and which you, the customer rate as good or excellent in our questionnaires. Because we only deal direct with the public our prices are rarely matched elsewhere, as commission payments of up to 15% of travel agents are passed on in savings to you, the customer.

Your money is safe with us - Mercury Direct is a trading name of Sunspot Tours Limited, which is fully bonded with ABTA and also holds a Civil Aviation Authority License no.1631

This means you can book your holiday with complete security knowing your money is fully protected by the Government’s Air Travel Reserve Fund.

Flexibility

Our holidays are all designed to meet your needs and not ours. That means that we provide flexible holidays in terms of duration, i.e. you can stay in some resorts from as little as 3 nights up to 30 nights or much longer if you wish. We also offer flexibility in terms of where you can fly from, we now offer regional departures on many of our holidays so that you can get a flight from your local airport.
