Would just like to say iv had the most amazing holiday to Bali with you and cannot fault your service. The Diwangkara hotel is a hidden jewel in your brochure and deserves more recognition. Also your representative in Bali, Sri was fab.

Having returned home from the above holiday, we feel that we must write and inform your company that this is one of the best holidays that we have ever had. From the time of booking the holiday right up to returning home everything was 100%. We were met at the airport by a young man called Alex from Marintur Tours who was our tour guide for the four day extra tour of the island. This young man was a credit to your company, he was poite, knowledgeable and courteous, he made this tour an experience of a lifetime. We did while at the resort book a further two trips and his company sent him along as the guide. He also gave up his Sunday evening with his family to take us back to the airport on our departure. The hotel Sanur Beach Resort Hotel where we stayed was also first class in every way, it could not be faulted by anyone. The staff from the management right down to the pool boys were wonderful. This thanks to your company was the greatest holiday we could have ever wished for. Once again Mercury we thank you for this experience of a lifetime and look forward to travelling with your company again in the near future.
