Just returned from 1 month at Nerja Club Hotel - Cost Del Sol. Thank You Mercury all requests were carried out and transfers were on time. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful excellent holiday.

I have just returned from a most enjoyable three weeks holiday. I wouldm like you to have our comments as follows:-

We stayed at the Hotel Proamar for the same period in 2009 and I am delighted to be able to tell you that the standards have remained just as good. All the members of staff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay very happy and comfortable and we could not have been better looked after. The meals were served as a buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and the choice was good and varied. We would wish to return again to the Hotel Proamar for mid April and October in 2011.

I can assure you that had there been any problems with our stay at the Hotel Proamar I would have let you have a note of my complaints at an early date, Which is why I feel should be aware how extremely happy and enjoyable our holiday was and how much we appreciate the good service we received, We have no hestiation whatsoever in recommending the Hotel Proamar to any of your clients wishing to take a holiday there.

We have been travelling with Mercury direct for many years and have recommended you to many friends and colleagues in the Island and hope we will have the opportunity to do so for some time to come.
