Just a note to say thank you for arranging our brilliant holiday. Everything flights transfers hotels were fantastic - We had a great time. We were given upgrade at Uday Samudra to suite ( don't know why but was great ). Your team of reps are great nothing was too much trouble. To finish off with 3 days in Dubai after the chaos of India was great. We will definitely be travelling with your company again. BIG THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

We would just like to say that my husband and I have recently returned from a holiday to Kerala during March. This would be the fifth time we have travelled with Mercury Direct to this resort and hotel. As usual Travencore Heritage Hotel and its staff did not disappoint. We had a wonderful holiday and are looking forward to our return. Also Mr Babu from Jayasree Travel did his best to ensure we were looked after.

I returned last Wednesday evening from a holiday in Kerala and would like to say it was extremely enjoyable. The guide on the six day tour, Azhar, was really helpful and went out of his way to show us everything possible and the driver steered us safely through some really hairy traffic. The house boat accommodation exceeded expectations and the experience was truly memorable! The house boat accommodation exceeded expectations and the experience was truly memorable! The boutique hotel in Cochin was very welcoming and well presented as was the beautiful home stay and the wildlife park at Thekkady was great, although the tigers were well hidden. The Gateway hotel at Varkala proved to be really welcoming and comfortable with exemplary staff in all departments. Service and food were both excellent and loved my stay here. Flights with Emirates were good as always - Dubai airport grows vaster every time I have visited it! I would certainly book through Mercury again and consider that you give great value for money.

Huge thanks to Jai who was our driver throughout the tour from Jayasree Travels, he was great company, very knowledgeable & a fantastic driver. Nothing was too much trouble for him & we enjoyed conversation with him about his family, Kerala & Indian life hugely. Hopefully our thanks and appreciation can be fed back to him. There were two accommodations (Sreeragam Luxury Retreat & Mannaas Home Stay) that we thought were very special, both in the rooms & attention to detail, but more important the welcome, friendliness & the services that they provided. We absolutely loved our stay in both of these places & had never been made to feel so welcome. We wish you all the very best for the future & perhaps see you again in two or three years' time!! The Home Stay was something that we would never have considered if arranging hotels ourselves - so it is a great inclusion as part of the tour. We really enjoyed the House Boat as well, likewise Aranya Nivas on the tour & also our week in resort at the Samudra Hotel in Kovalam, there was nothing we could fault anywhere.
