Choose to stay at the Poovar Island Resort for fourteen nights or more and you'll be entitled to a free 30 minute massage during your stay. It's a great way to discover the hotel's wellness centre – complete with Ayurveda – the traditional Indian method of helping you achieve harmony through diet, massage and herbal remedies. In fact, Ayurveda meals are served in one of the two hotel restaurants.
