Dear Sirs, Mr Lazarus and I returned from a two week holiday in Jardins d'Ajuda Hotel, Madeira last week. I am writing this note with our questionnaire because we had the most comfortable and enjoyable holiday we have ever had. The hotel was excellent and on arrival we had been upgraded to a suite, which was excellent. May we thank you for the cheque you sent for what we had spent on our booking to Madeira with you. The ash cloud certainly caused a lot of people a lot of trouble.
