I received your cheque by the same post and would like to thank you for your prompt and assiduous attention to both matters that has brought everything to a very satisfactory conclusion. My wife and i are looking forward to Visitng the 5* Fortina Spa next year towards the end of May/beginning of June and will without hesitation choose Mercury as our holiday provider.

My husband and I and two friends have just returned from one of your holidays in Malta we stayed at the Hotel Fortina in Sliema, and was an excellent trip all round. We were very happy there. We were there from the 18th March for 10 days. All the staff was lovely, friendly and helpful. We flew with easy jet and we were all pleasantly surprised with the leg room on the flight and were generally impressed all round. The staff was first class and would fly with them again. Thank you.

My purpose in writing to you is to thank you most warmly for the excellent arrangements you made to transport my wife and me to the hotel.My wife and I were delighted with our stay at the Fortina. We were in room 507 which gave us a view across Tigne waterfront towards Valletta. It has to be one of the best views in the world. We were given an excellant room overlooking the gardens(although we payed £100 extra for a sea veiw,reception said that there were non available). Nevertheless we did not want to spoil our holiday argueing over this.The hotel was magnificent with every amenity possible/close to shops and services. We have just returned from the fortina hotel sliema malta. Altogether a most memorable and wonderful two weeks amongst beautiful surroundings and charming people. We came through Mercury direct from the Daily Telegraph newspaper who planned the whole trip and we would certainly use them again.

Our choice of the Fortina Hotel Sliema with a splendid front room proved to be an excellent choice, to wake every morning to the panoramic view of Valetta across the bay was fantastic. The service and facilities at the Hotel was great we enjoyed the gym and pool when the weather was a little chilly. We booked 2 excusions with Jon which were brilliant and our guides for the whole days out, Simone and Rose, were fantastic together with our driver Keith. Could not have been better organised and certainly enabled us to enjoy Malta and Gozo to the full. Being able to have a choice of restaurant for our evening meal and the Terrace for lunch were much enjoyed with excellent and cheerful service. Thank you all once more, a brilliant holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend to our friends in the future.
