			February 2008 Dear Mercury Direct, We've just returned from three weeks in Madeira , booked with you at the Gorgulho hotel Funchal. To echo other customers, the whole experience was extremely smooth from end to end. Excelent value, family hotel in ideal position for town and Lido, all your people (here and there) very helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending and rebooking with you. 			Dear Mercury Direct I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our stay at the Dom Pedro Garajau, and our holiday in Madeira. We toured the island in a hired car and the Dom Pedro was an excellent base. My concerns about parking were unfounded. We managed to park practically outside the entrance to our block everyday and the cost was negligible. As requested, we were given a ground floor room, and the food was superb. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere, and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Likewise our flight with TAP out and back was good, with plenty of legroom. In every respect our holiday was first class and free from hassle from start to finish � a credit to yourselves.
