Quarteira Holidays

Not far from Vilamoura and only a few miles from the airport, Quarteira is a great little beach holiday resort and generally represents great value compared with some of the other resorts nearby. As with most towns in the Algarve, Quarteira roots from a traditional fishing village and holidaymakers can see fish catches now laid out daily on the quayside of the pretty, remodelled harbour, before sampling it in one of the great restaurants found in the town.

In the evenings there is some nightlife made up of restaurants, a range of bars and some nightclubs.
