Just a brief note to say how pleased we were with our recent trip to Tenerife. The Hotel Valle Mar in Puerto de la Cruz was something very special, The service, the food, all the staff were so friendly, we recommend it to anyone. Your rep on the first day was charming too.People are very quick to make a complaint when things go wrong, But we want to put pen to paper and say how pleaseed we all were. Easyjet were good also!

Having returned from another Mercury Direct holiday at the Hotel Valle Mar in Puerto De La Cruz in Tenerife, we feel that we must write to you to say a big thank you to you and your company and your telephone booking staff who once again arranged all of our flights with Easy Jet , Ten Travel transfers plus wheelchair assistants at both London Gatwick and Tenerife South. We went to Tenerife to Celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary, the management and staff at the Hotel Valle Mar excelled in making our anniversary very very special. We always find the hotel to be of very high standard with exellent menu selection, cleanliness and the most helpful and friendly staff. The evening entertainment is varied and first class. God willing we will be returning to the Hotel Valle Mar in April 2013 and we will once again make our arrangements with your company when we will hopefully be able to enjoy our third week free plus an upgrade for the first week. We would appriciate if you could pass our thanks on to Martin Bugeja, your managing director who has been most kind to us, and we will certainly reccomend Mercury Direct to family and friends and we look forward to many more holiday with your company in the furture.
