Dear Sir/Madam We have just returned from a three week holiday in Tenerife, staying at the Turqesa Playa hotel. We found the hotel excellent, good variety of restaurants where the food was first class. The location was also good for our needs (getting on in years) as we were able to walk about with ease.

Overall this was an excellent package, the hotel; food etc was of a very high standard and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday.

Valle Mar Hotel, Puerto de la Cruz

Just a brief note to say how pleased we were with our recent trip to Tenerife. The Hotel Valle Mar in Puerto de la Cruz was something very special, The service, the food, all the staff were so friendly, we recommend it to anyone. Your rep on the first day was charming too.People are very quick to make a complaint when things go wrong, But we want to put pen to paper and say how pleaseed we all were. Easyjet were good also!
