I am just e-mailing you to let you know that my wife and I had a fanstastic holiday at the Royal Palms Hotel in Kalutara.

I did express concern at the time re the transfer an in fact it was hard work after the 7 hour flight to Dubai and the 4 hour flight to Colombo. The transfer took three hours! but it was worth it as the hotel was even better that we expected. The whole holiday, which was a surprise for my wife as it was her 60th birthday, was excellent.

even the flight on the Airbus 380 was brilliant(I was like a little boy in a sweet shop when I boarded the airbus...even being invited to go into the cockpit once we landed in Dubai.

So once again thank you for your help in sorting the holiday.

Rest assured that we will concider Mercury again(this was our 7th holiday with you).

In July my family and I had a fantastic holiday at the Pearle Beach, Wolmar, Mauritius. The hotel bar staff and waiters could not have been nicer. Your rep, Rama, was very helpful and not at all pushy. The chauffeur who took us on our excursions gave us lots of local information. The weather, too, couldn't have been better all adding up to the perfect holiday. Thank you so much!

Having never heard of Mercury Direct before I was abit apprehensive about the whole thing. I am happy to say that my worries were unfounded, everything went smoothly and according to plan. Both fligths outbound and inbound by Malaysian Airlines with seat bookings done by Emily from Mercury couldn't have been better. Mercury rep met us at airport and gave us some good tips to use and some very useful information on Bali.

Thank you Mercury we had a lovely holiday in Bali and will not hesitate to book with you again.

We have travelled to several destinations with Mercury over the last 7 years and all have been magnificent - Sri Lanka being my favourite. However, I have to say that our recent holiday to Bali with a 2 night stop over in Kuala Lumpur surpassed them all. Bali is a beautiful island with magnificent beaches and very friendly and helpful people. If you can manage the very long flight it is well worth the effort. In Bali seek out the dog dragon bar ( Just behind the Wina Villa Hotel ) which is owned by an English man and does the most perfect steak. In Kuala Lumpur the open top bus ride around the city is a must - there is so much to see! And don't forget the save some money for Kuala Lumpur as you will never believe the prices or the size of the shopping centres. Do give Bali a go you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Fourviews Monumental Lido

Firstly can I say how much we enjoyed our first holiday with Mercury Direct, to Madeira for three weeks in January this year. We had low expectations believing that as it was so reasonably priced it would probably be fairly basic but our expectations were well exceeded. We particularly loved the fact that the bedroom in the Monumental Lido has the sun on the balcony all day, which was really lovely. We would be interested in returing to the same hotel at the beginning of January 2012.

My Husband and I have recently returned from a ten day holiday on the isle of Gozo staying in the Calypso. We booked via Mercury Direct and wish you to know how excellent the holiday was - Thank you! The transportation from A to B went very smoothly with friendly, helpful taxi driver. The hotel was one of the best that we have stayed in. The food, service, cleanliness, bedrooms and whole ambience was superb - nothing too much trouble and all that one could wish for for a lovely holiday. The sun-shine was a big bonus!

Gozo was a beautiful, laid back Island, especially if you enjoy walking, as we do! At this time of year the wild flowers are beautiful. If possible we hope to book again for a similar time in 2012 - your client's should not be disappointed.
