Aloe Hotel, Paphos

I would like to say that we have just returned from a super holiday at the Aloe Hotel, Paphos through Mercury Direct.

The whole process of booking etc was excellent and when the volcano threatened to ruin our holiday you staff in administration were wonderful. They gave reassurance and took command of the situation. Unfortunately our two friends who were travelling out with us were unavoidably delayed (personal reasons) but again your staff booked them at a slightly later date and they joined us for the remainder of the holiday. No fuss, no bother.

Once again many thanks and we will be contacting you again for the same holiday in the autumn.
